The Role: As Continuous Improvement Engineer, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives to optimise productivity, streamline processes, and improve safety and quality standards. You'll be a key contributor to the company's lean transformation and smart manufacturing strategy, working closely with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and senior management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support continuous improvement projects to enhance production performance and reduce cost. Identify areas of waste and inefficiency through time studies, process mapping, and data analysis. Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices to embed a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate across departments to develop and roll out new manufacturing processes and technologies. Track and report on key KPIs to monitor progress and performance improvements. Support a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating process-related risks. What You'll Need: 2-5 years' experience in a manufacturing, process improvement, or production engineering role. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, value stream mapping). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communicator with the ability to engage cross-functional teams. Proactive, self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
