What will your day look like: What You’ll Be Doing Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a friendly, reliable point of contact. Managing your daily tasks within agreed SLAs to keep claims moving Chasing internal and external suppliers to ensure timely progress on each claim. Proofreading documents and correcting grammar, spelling, and punctuation with precision. Following Data Protection procedures and maintaining strict confidentiality. Navigating company systems and processes with confidence. Spotting inconsistencies or issues and escalating them to your Line Manager.
