Design Manager - Main Contractor - Stevenage
We are currently working with a valued client to find a Design Manager to join their growing business. They have been delivering projects in the area for 40 years and have a reputation for quality and timely delivery.
The role is for a stand alone Design Manager to run the technical aspects of 2-3 projects. Work is a mix of new build and refurb industrial, residential and commercial projects with values up to £15 million. the majority of these are within 60 minutes of the office.
there is autonomy to the role, reporting directly to the MD and working closely with site teams and external consultants.
