The Role Working alongside the HR Manager, you will: Support safer recruitment processes (advertising, shortlisting packs, references, DBS checks) Manage staff personnel files and compliance records Assist with onboarding, induction documentation and staff training logs Update HR systems and school MIS Support payroll administration and absence management Respond to staff HR queries with professionalism and confidentiality The School The school is rated Good with Outstanding features and enjoys excellent staff retention.
