Job Description:

Role Overview:
The Project Application Engineer will deliver process control system solutions, including SCADA and process control systems, covering all project phases from requirements gathering to training.
Hybrid work – 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers to define system requirements
* Design automation systems including enclosures, networking, instrumentation, and supervisory systems
* Create functional and test specifications
* Implement control and SCADA software
* Perform system tests and commissioning
* Provide technical and sales support
* Collaborate with team members and ensure project completion using SMART objectives
* Coordinate with technical support and field engineers
* Mentor junior team members
* Conduct customer site visits for start-up, commissioning, training, and support
Qualifications and Attributes:
* Proven experience in control systems implementation and services
* Degree in Control Systems, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related field
* Experience with SCADA, specifically Aveva System Platform
* Ability to develop specifications and perform application engineering
* Strong technical and business acumen
* Effective communicator and team player
* Analytical and planning skills
* Willingness to travel occasionally
