Job Details:
1. Pay: £25,000 per annum
2. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
3. Duration: Permanent

Job Role: As a Customer Care Executive, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, using your excellent communication skills to handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails. You’ll resolve customer queries effectively and professionally, ensuring every customer receives a positive experience to encourage repeat bookings. You’ll also manage documentation, booking queries, flight amendments, and crisis support where needed.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
5. Travel industry experience
6. Customer service experience in a fast-paced office
7. GCSE English and Maths: Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
8. GDS experience with Galileo
9. Experience in conflict resolution
10. Excellent telephone manner
11. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
12. Excellent numeracy and literacy
13. Able to manage a diverse range of duties
