Well-established law firm looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor into their Birmingham offices. As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will be running a full caseload independently and your day-to-day duties may include: EL/PL matters Handling new and existing claims, including litigated matters Travelling to meet clients and potential witnesses face-to-face Attending Court hearings Liaising with Barristers, medical experts, and other professionals to assist with each claim Preparing and drafting documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years PQE within Personal Injury, is a team player, has excellent communication and time management skills and can maintain exceptional relationships with an established client base.
