We have an excellent opportunity for a submissions manager to join our London bid team.
Location: Central London
Contract: 12 month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. We can consider part-time, condensed, or flexible hours if desired; just let us know when you speak to us.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Submissions Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing industry-leading quality bids to achieve PQQ and ITT success on high-value, technically complex construction projects.
Your day-to-day will include:
1. Work closely with the Bid Manager to develop and own the bid programme and deliverables schedule.
2. Support the Bid Manager on bid governance and processes, including the bid launch.
3. Write specific quality responses and be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date library of company certificates and standard information.
4. Review and critique quality responses to ensure Kier win themes are optimized and a consistent message is delivered across the full submission.
5. Research and retrieve market intelligence to develop the Project Information Capture Form to inform the Bid Team and technical support of upcoming tenders.
What are we looking for?
This role of Submissions Manager is ideal if you can demonstrate:
* Extensive experience in developing bid-win strategies and delivering high-quality bids to deadlines, ideally within a technical or construction environment.
* Strong project management skills, able to coordinate team members, internal subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure programme and quality of submissions.
* Experience using MS Word, Excel, and InDesign.
* Understanding of the construction contractor market in London.
