Directorate: Children and Families Section: Supporting Families Location: Wood View Grade: Level 7 Actual Salary: £15,030 - £16,327 Hours: 18.5 hours To take a lead role in supporting families within the context of the Thrive Framework through holistic whole family assessment and one-to-one direct work with children and young people, contributing to the delivery of the Supporting Families Programme by working ‘whole family’ to assess risk and co-ordinate support to meet identified needs within the family.
