This is a highly visible role where you'll ensure induction, onboarding, and continuous development for a skilled workforce of around (Apply online only) people. What you'll do: Lead and facilitate training programs, including blended learning, for existing and new staff. Ensure all learning complies with strict quality and safety standards required for defence manufacturing. Work closely with the Senior Team Leader and other training partners to maintain consistent training practices across multiple manufacturing cells. Manage training records and demonstrate compliance through the Skill Station system (with administrative support available).
