Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator who is looking for a new challenge at an established Estate Agency based in St Albans. The role will offer the successful applicant the chance to build a more established Sales arm within the company, and will include marketing and canvassing and networking as well as valuing properties and seeing the sales through to the end, and with time building a Sales team. We do have 35 properties on the market at the minute and are looking to replace the sales manager who looks after them at the minute.
This role is a real chance the right person to build their income on a very strong commission structure and great starting basic and will require good sales skills as well as a desire to build a structure and be aggressive in the local market.
Responsibilities
* Managing the sales of properties from Valuation to Completion, and building a team to help with admin when needed.
* Conduct viewings of properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
* Negotiate offers
* Network and marketing for larger market shares
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
* Provide administrative support including preparing contracts and documentation.
* Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations within the office.
Skills
* Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
