Monday to Thursday: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM
Friday: 8:15 AM - 4:15 PM (alternating Fridays)

Your Role and Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a confident team.
* Maintain GDC registration and ensure compliance with CQC requirements.
* Manage audits and oversee reception and staff rotas.
* Update patient records and set up decontamination of instruments.
* Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists.
* Assist with some reception duties.
* Deliver excellent patient care with a personable and enthusiastic approach.
* Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
What We’re Looking For:
* GDC Registered with a confident leadership style.
* Experience in a dental setting is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
