We’re working with a highly respected and expanding financial advisory firm in Edinburgh that’s looking for a Senior IFA Administrator to join their collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a business that values precision, professionalism, and personal development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Partnering with Financial Planners to deliver a seamless client experience
* Preparing documentation for client meetings and processing new business applications
* Managing client transactions including withdrawals, top-ups, and fund switches
* Maintaining accurate client records across multiple systems
* Supporting compliance and operations with data integrity and process adherence
* Using IO (Intelligent Office) to manage workflows and ensure smooth operations
* Identifying clients due for review and following structured workflows
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in pensions or financial services administration
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with IO is a bonus
* Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
* Solid understanding of FCA regulations and the financial services landscape
