We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate / Junior Technical Coordinator to join a supportive and ambitious team working on high-quality housing developments and private renovation projects across the Midlands. What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Technical Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of construction projects from design stage through to site delivery. You'll gain hands-on experience working with experienced professionals and external consultants, helping to bring housing developments to life.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the coordination of architectural and engineering drawings.

Supporting the planning and approval process with local authorities and stakeholders.
*
Reviewing technical specifications and helping to manage site-related documentation.
*
Liaising with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Conducting site visits to monitor progress and adherence to plans.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from:

Recent graduates in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying or a similar field.
*
Candidates with 1–2 years' experience in construction or technical support roles.
You should have:

A good understanding of construction principles and interest in residential development.
*
Basic knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Office tools (training will be provided).
*
Strong organisational and time management skills.
*
Confidence communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
*
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
*
A full UK driving licence.
