Finance Manager - Healthcare - London (Hybrid) - £70,000 - £80,000 Your new company A leading, fast-growing organisation within the healthcare/services sector is seeking a high calibre Finance Manager to lead its finance operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, values-driven business going through continued expansion. You’ll work closely with the CFO and leadership team while managing a well-established finance function. Your new role Key Responsibilities: Produce monthly management accounts and oversee payroll, VAT, and statutory filings Manage working capital and lead IFRS 16 lease accounting Lead annual audits and maintain strong financial controls Own budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Provide financial insight to support business decisions Manage and develop a finance team, driving a high-performing culture Ensure compliance and improve processes, systems, and controls What you'll need to succeed Qualified accountant (ACA) 3 years’ experience in management accounts Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills Confident team leader with excellent communication skills Experience with cloud-based finance systems What you'll get in return You will be rewarded with the chance to join a growing business where there is scope for progression and development internally.
