Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a reputable manufacturing business in Sheffield to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Key Responsibilities:
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site machinery
* Respond to breakdowns and prioritise urgent repairs to minimise downtime
* Carry out electrical installations and upgrades as needed
* Produce daily maintenance reports and update records on spares used and follow-up actions
* Support project work and ensure compliance across electrical systems
* Work as part of the engineering team to improve reliability and performance
Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or higher in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
* Experience in both reactive and preventative maintenance
* Previous background in a manufacturing environment (heavy industry preferred)
* Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* Flexible and proactive approach to workload and responsibilities
