Main duties of the job Actively contribute to the delivery of high-quality imaging services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are maintained at all times. Serve as a role model for radiographers, student radiographers, and other healthcare professionals, helping them develop their skills and become compassionate, competent practitioners. Supervise staff within the clinical environment, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of imaging services. Deputise for the Modality Manager in their absence, taking on leadership and supervisory responsibilities to ensure continuity of care and service delivery.
