Pension scheme Job Role Reaching out to existing clients, offering services to increase turnover. Understanding client needs and generating quotes (with all the necessary technical support available to you). Processing incoming goods accurately and efficiently. Coordinating stores input and outtake, including booking out, dispatch requests, and ordering components or high turn-over stock (with guidance) Assisting team members with their workloads when necessary. Working closely with service department management with the scope of progressing in the future. Taking on all aspects of the service department with a rotation of key responsibilities Essential Skills and experience Strong and confident communication skills Previous experience identifying parts, unboxing and organising incoming goods, managing stock and purchasing systems. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Strong numerical, literacy and spoken skills. Analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize workload. A team player, able to work together or independently. Competent IT skills A keen eye for detail Preferred Skills and experience Previous experience with being a first point of contact for customers via telephone Previous positions with similar roles in customer service A reasonable understanding of engineering or the words / phrase associated with the automotive / lift industry.
