As we continue to support the energy transition to low carbon solutions, we require a dynamic recent graduate to join our software development team. Description & Scope: ?? Within the simulations team, you will learn about and contribute to the build technologies and tools used for the cloud based continuous building and deployment of our technical software products. Responsibilities: Work with the build technologies and tools used for the cloud based continuous building and deployment of our reservoir simulator software products.This will include projects such as: Improving the load balancer system to add notifications and cloud virtual machine status monitoring Refactoring an automated deployment and testing pipeline to improve reliability and maintainability Investigating transient build failure and redesigning build pipelines to add resiliency. Technologies used: Within the role you will gain experience and exposure to: Azure Cloud configuration, Azure DevOps design and operation Docker container design Python coding Ansible and Terraform for machine configuration Visual Studio Code YAML syntax Windows and Linux environments. Qualifications : Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Systems Engineering or a related discipline Programming Skills in Python / C++ or similar Experience with DevOps tools Passion for Systems Engineering _SLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
