Job Title: Social Worker – Adults
Location: Liverpool
Rate: £43 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Social Worker to join our client’s Adult Social Care Service Team in Liverpool.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Adult Social Care Service as part of an integrated team responsible for safeguarding, support planning, and promoting the wellbeing of adults with care and support needs. Your responsibilities will include identifying individual needs through assessment, planning and co-designing individual support plans, and ensuring regular monitoring and reviews of support plans are carried out. You will be responsible for social work provision, including managing your own caseload while maintaining the reputation of the Department and Council and complying with national and service procedures and guidance.
Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
