Food and Beverage Supervisor
Location: One Devonshire Gardens, Glasgow
Salary: £12.40 per hour, plus tronc
Hours: Full time, 40 hours
About the Venue: One Devonshire Gardens is the jewel in Hotel du Vin’s Scottish Crown, featuring a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, private dining rooms, meeting & event space, a whisky snug, and an extensive wine list.
Role Overview: As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will help maximize the output of our dining and event spaces and enhance our guests' experiences.
Candidate Profile: We seek someone passionate about food and beverage, organized, an excellent communicator, and detail-oriented. Experience in a similar quality environment and knowledge of food, wine, and beverages are advantageous. A passion for hospitality and delivering service with a smile are essential.
Work Schedule: We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Flexibility is required to work various shifts, especially evenings and weekends. Shift patterns and hours are negotiable at interview.
