Position: Sous Chef (Senior) - Luxury Wedding Venue - Mon-Fri*
A Sous Chef is required for a luxury wedding venue near Evesham. The food is fresh, seasonal, locally sourced, and of course fine dining. Most weddings booked are between Monday and Friday.
This venue is standalone, not attached to a hotel, allowing precise knowledge of guest numbers weeks or months in advance. It features a fun, warm, and welcoming fully staffed kitchen!
Highlights:
* £40,000 + Bonus
* 45 hours a week
* Ample downtime (25-hour weeks outside wedding season)

* State-of-the-art, clean, and organized kitchen

* Mix of day and late shifts
* Finish no later than 9:30 pm on late shifts
The ideal candidate will come from a fresh food background, preferably from a hotel environment. Due to the venue's location, candidates must drive and have access to a car.
