We are looking for Counterbalance Drivers to work for our client based in Northampton, Swan Valley
* Working Hours: 1800-0600
* Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off
* Pay rate: £15.39
* Overtime rate is £22.00 when working shift off pattern
* Starting immediately
Responsibilities for Counterbalance Driver:
* Operate the Counter Balance efficiently and safely.
* Picking double pallets using FLT up to 3 levels high
* Maintain precise handling of stock, demonstrating warehouse experience.
* Loading and unloading lorries using Counterbalance.
* Exhibit good organisational skills and the ability to work to targets.
* Effectively communicate at all levels, keeping the line manager informed of relevant matters or issues.
* Work at a pace, making decisions in a timely manner.
Requirements for Counter Balance Driver:
* Valid Counter Balance License (UK)
* Previous Counter Balance & Warehouse experience.
* Exceptional eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in stock handling.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proactive and willing attitude.
* Good organisational skills.
* Ability to undertake manual handling activities.
