Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 3pm - 12am (40 hours a week)
Salary: £13.45 ph

About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join a production team within a busy warehouse environment. This role involves operating and maintaining machinery on a fast-paced production line, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality at all times.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production line machinery in line with company procedures
* Set up machines for production runs
* Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies
* Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
* Complete production documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Machine Operator is essential
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience in a production or warehouse setting
* Knowledge of health & safety practices in industrial environments
