What You'll Need:

8. Mechanical Engineering qualification - Ideally NVQ level 3 or above
9. Experience in a similar maintenance-focused role.
10. Basic electrical knowledge.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
12. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
13. Organisational skills with a flexible, hands-on approach.
14. Competency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):

15. Experience working on boilers.
16. IOSH qualification.
17. Understanding of budget control and cost management.
