A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional client service in a supportive and forward‑thinking environment.
Role Overview
* Advising clients on sales, purchases, re‑mortgages and transfers of equity
* Managing ID checks, source of funds verification, gift deposits and risk assessments
* Preparing and issuing contracts
* Handling mortgage redemptions and exchanges of contracts
* Ordering and reporting on property searches
* Reviewing and reporting on titles, leases and raising associated enquiries
* Checking and reporting on mortgages and management packs
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with referrers
Requirements
* Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with full responsibility for managing your own caseload
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Legally qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
