Affinity Workforce Solutions are seeking to appoint a keen and committed Teaching assistant/learning support assistant to support our students, including individuals and groups, both academically and socially. The job role for a Teaching assistant is to work closely with the Teachers and SENCO to support pupils' learning and wellbeing, ensuring that all children are supported to reach their full potential. The successful applicant: Have a sound understanding of Primary Education Confident supporting the KS1 and KS2 curriculum Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills. Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
