Salary: Competitive plus OTE up to £50,000, Uncapped
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday (occasional weekend work)

The Role
We are seeking a Local Business Development Manager to build a pipeline of vehicle sales to local business customers, working within our Jaguar Land Rover franchise in Cambridge. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will leverage your relationship-building skills with local businesses to drive vehicle sales.
Responsibilities
* Identify local businesses requiring vehicle purchases
* Guide business customers through their purchase, providing excellent service
* Meet sales targets by maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Generate enquiries through prospecting and marketing
* Maintain knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options
* Manage vehicle handovers ensuring compliance
* Adhere to industry and company regulations
Requirements
* Previous vehicle sales experience, ideally including B2B
* Strong influencing skills and confidence in converting enquiries to sales
* Excellent customer management skills
* Professionalism and adherence to processes
