Junior Water Treatment Account Manager
Join The MSS Group as a Junior Water Treatment Account Manager based in South Wales, UK. This full‑time, permanent role includes Monday‑Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with additional overtime.
Key Responsibilities
* Sampling and testing of industrial water systems – cooling towers, steam boilers, and closed loops.
* Write reports with recommendations based on analysis.
* Meet with clients to discuss findings and recommendations.
* Quote services that benefit the client.
* Manage planned workload efficiently.
* Carry out water hygiene tasks: temperature monitoring, sampling, showerhead descaling/disinfection, and cleaning/disinfection.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience testing cooling towers, steam boilers, and closed loops.
* Knowledge of Legionella guidelines (L8, HSG274).
* At least two years’ experience in water treatment.
* Exceptional customer service and time‑management skills.
* Willingness to travel occasionally and work overtime.
* Full clean driving licence.
