<div><p>The LLP would be interested in hearing from applicants who have worked within Employment Law. The ideal candidate would have 5-7 years PQE and be able to demonstrate their organisational skills, meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a team environment, whilst managing client expectation.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Report to Management Board: Attendance and Contribution</li><li>Oversee and advise other members of department</li><li>Oversee and ensure maintenance of work and fee income targets</li><li>Liaise with client both in person or remote meetings and in telephone discussions</li><li>Receiving and issuing correspondence / mail from / to the client, agents on behalf of the client and third parties</li><li>Time recording all work undertaken</li><li>Attending on outside appointments to include court hearings, client visits etc. as required</li><li>Areas of work to include Employment and general Advice</li><li>Acting on instruction of and reporting to Head of Employment</li><li>Generate new work for department and firm</li></ul><h3><b>Required Skills and Experience</b></h3><ul><li>Qualified Solicitor of 5+ Years</li><li>Key Performance Indicator</li><li>Adherence to Quality and Work Management Systems</li><li>Achievement of Targets
</li><li>Development and marketing of Department Evaluation and development of departmental staff</li><li>Compliance with Job Description</li><li>To maintain Lexcel accreditation including completion of file reviews and CARs</li><li>Flexibility in support of other members of staff</li><li>Attendance at required training courses</li></ul><p><b>Training and development:</b> At Franklins, we recognise and nurture talent.
