The Role As a Graduate Board Advisory Consultant, you will be a core member of the research and delivery team from day one. You will support high profile client work while developing a deep understanding of how boards operate, how leaders are appointed and what drives strong governance. This role offers an unusually high level of responsibility for a graduate position, with exposure to complex business issues, senior stakeholders and strategic debate. You will be encouraged to think critically, write clearly and contribute meaningfully as your confidence grows.
