Nightshift HGV Technician Required!

2. £45,000 basic + annual night shift bonus
3. Monday – Thursday | 6:00pm – 6:00am | 48 hours per week (30 min paid break)

Nightshift HGV Technician – Key Responsibilities:
4. Carrying out routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on a range of HGVs and trailers to VOSA/MOT standards
5. Diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical faults across various makes and models
6. Attending roadside breakdowns or on-site customer callouts where required
7. Working efficiently to meet deadlines while ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety
8. Communicating with the parts team to source necessary components
9. Completing job cards and service documentation accurately and on time
10. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
11. Attending regular training to stay current with industry standards and technologies.
Nightshift HGV Technician – What We’re Looking For?
12. Level 3 City & Guilds / NVQ qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance – or equivalent experience
13. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
14. Flexibility and a positive, team-focused attitude
15. Full UK driving licence (ADR certification an advantage)
16. A commitment to health & safety and working to industry standards.
