About the Role
We are a growing construction company looking for a practical, commercially minded digital professional to build and manage the digital side of the business. This role focuses on systems, visibility, and enquiries, not vanity social media metrics.
You will work closely with the directors and play a key role in supporting business growth through effective digital processes.
Key Responsibilities

Improve and manage the company website to increase enquiries

Optimise and manage Google Business Profile and local search presence

Implement simple CRM and enquiry tracking systems
*
Create project case studies and digital content to build trust
*
Support LinkedIn and light B2B social activity
*
Introduce basic automation for enquiries and follow-ups
*
Report on performance using clear, commercial metrics
What We’re Looking For

Experience in B2B, construction, trades, or technical services preferred

Strong understanding of lead generation, SEO, and digital systems
*
Hands-on, practical approach with the ability to explain work clearly
