About the Role | ARP Teaching Assistant

* Support students with autism and additional needs in both 1:1 and small-group settings
* Support students in subjects such as Maths, Art, Photography, Psychology or Science
* Work closely with teachers, SEND professionals and pastoral staff to ensure students feel supported, understood and confident
* Build positive relationships that help students thrive socially, emotionally and academically


What We’re Looking For | ARP Teaching Assistant

Suitable candidates may include:

* Psychology graduates with strong Maths, Science or Art knowledge
* Maths, Science or Art graduates with an interest in neurodevelopment and SEND
* Graduates with strong A-Level results in Maths, Science, Art, Photography or Psychology, including an A or A* in at least one of these subjects
* Individuals with a genuine interest in autism, neurodiversity and inclusive education


More importantly, the school is looking for someone who is:

* Emotionally intelligent, patient, and resilient
* Calm, adaptable and nurturing
* Passionate about supporting young people with autism in a mainstream environment
