This role is responsible for optimizing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the organization's hiring goals. The position focuses on systemization, implementing a structured process for the TA team, and securing top talent. It involves working closely with department heads, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to build comprehensive plans that identify talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Building and maintaining talent pipelines to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
2. Overseeing and refining sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
3. Supporting and training hiring managers in hiring practices in collaboration with the HR Business Partner to ensure a seamless candidate experience and consistent process.
4. Utilizing Huawei’s internal recruitment system to build a future talent pipeline.
5. Ensuring GDPR compliance throughout the recruitment process.
6. Using analytics and internal recruitment technologies to optimize the hiring process and forecast future talent needs.
Requirements:
1. 7+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, preferably in ICT or semiconductor industry.
2. Experience designing and implementing structured, scalable recruitment frameworks.
3. Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize recruitment KPIs such as time to fill, cost per hire, and candidate experience.
4. Hands-on experience in process improvement and recruitment systemization.
5. Ability to develop and execute high-volume executive and niche hire strategies.
6. Proven leadership skills to coach and develop a high-performing internal recruitment team.
