As a Vice President in the Applied AI/ML team, you will tackle exciting business challenges for JPMorgan’s Global HR organisation. You will lead a team dedicated to innovation, fostering a culture of accountability and growth within a global organization. Your role will involve strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on technical development to drive impactful global business initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
1. Serve as a local leader within our AI/ML team, driving innovation and fostering growth.
2. Mentor and develop team members, promoting an inclusive environment.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set technical visions and execute strategic roadmaps.
4. Manage AI/ML projects using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery.
5. Design experiments, implement algorithms, and productionise scalable solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
6. Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent fields.
7. Proven track record of managing AI/ML teams and developing production solutions.
8. Strong programming skills in Python, including advanced concepts.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data structures and algorithms.
10. Hands-on experience in coding and solution design from scratch.
11. Familiarity with data science platforms such as SageMaker and DataBricks.
12. Strong people management and team-building skills.
