Job Summary:
RB Gym & Sport Ltd, a leading provider of PE, School Sport, and gymnastics, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We collaborate with schools, coaches, and families to engage children in physical activity and deliver high-quality sports coaching and physical education. As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate and driven team members to help us achieve our vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure every child has a positive experience in physical education and holiday camps
Deliver inclusive and engaging Curriculum PE lessons to children aged 4-11
Encourage children's participation in sports and physical activities
Provide excellent customer service and adhere to safety protocols
Understand and implement risk assessments to protect participants
Report accidents or injuries promptly and complete necessary documentation
Prepare and maintain equipment safely and appropriately
Understand and follow company policies and procedures
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
Well-organised and adaptable
Punctual and reliable
Committed to supporting the company's vision
Passionate about working with children and interested in sports and physical activity
Ability to use initiative and work well in a team
Willingness to travel between venues and hold a valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications:
A-C grade GCSE Maths or higher
Minimum of one Level 2 NGB sport qualification
Multi skills Level 2
Gymnastics qualification highly desirable
Competent in literacy and numeracy to Level 2
First Aid qualification or willingness to work towards
Experience in sports coaching and/or education sector
Ability to deliver high-quality sport and physical activity sessions
Knowledge of the National Curriculum for Physical Education
Understanding of effective pupil behaviour management
