About This Role
This is a pivotal opportunity to join our dynamic Just Eat for Business Account Management team, focusing on our recently launched JETGo (DaaS) solution. In this role, you will:
* Lead and Grow Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of DaaS partners, ensuring exceptional client service and operational performance.
* Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop long-term relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services and increase partner value.
* Monitor Performance: Track KPIs and delivery metrics, using data insights to improve efficiency and increase order volume.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales, Logistics, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Drive Upsell Opportunities: Introduce new service features or geographic expansion to existing partners.
* Troubleshoot Issues: Swiftly address operational or commercial challenges to maintain partner satisfaction.
* Provide Insights: Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
What Will You Bring to the Team?
* Experience: Proven background in Account Management, Client Success, or Commercial Partnerships, preferably in tech, logistics, or on-demand delivery.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities with a track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
* Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Salesforce, or Looker, with the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
* Independence: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to spot growth opportunities and improve partner performance.
* Logistics Familiarity: Understanding of delivery logistics or marketplace business models is a plus.
