Scottish Rugby is seeking an enthusiastic Accreditation Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality stadium access and match day accreditation across our venues—including Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Hive Stadium, and Scotstoun Stadium.
As Accreditation Coordinator, you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth operations for both Scottish Rugby and third-party events. From planning and system setup to match day delivery, you'll help create a secure and welcoming environment for all attendees.
What you will be doing:
* Lead match day accreditation for Pro Team games and other events
* Manage accreditation centres and ad-hoc projects
* Monitor the Accreditation inbox and escalate queries
* Support the creation of event-specific accreditation reports
* Support parking coordination and event build planning
* Assist with stadium access systems and Gatehouse operations
* Maintain accurate databases and deputise for the Accreditation Manager

* Event and security planning knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends throughout the year
