1:1 Autism Teaching Assistant – Borehamwood Full-Time | Long-Term | April 2026 Start Daily Pay: £85–£105 (dependent on experience) A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Borehamwood is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) from April 2026. Role Overview You will provide tailored, consistent support to a pupil with autism, helping them access the curriculum, develop social and communication skills, and build confidence in the classroom. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals, you will implement personalised strategies to ensure a structured and supportive learning experience.
