Nursing Home Manager – Elderly CareLocation: Sittingbourne, Kent.Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + performance-related bonus
The OpportunityCompass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established, family-run care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for a medium-sized nursing home in Sittingbourne, Kent.

The RoleAs Home Manager, you will be entrusted with leading the home in a way that reflects the provider's family-led values and long-standing commitment to compassionate care.You will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high clinical standards, regulatory compliance and financial stability. More importantly, you will play a key role in nurturing a positive, inclusive culture where staff feel supported, residents feel at home, and families feel listened to.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership role. You will work closely with senior leadership within the group, contributing ideas, driving continuous improvement and maintaining the strong sense of community that defines the organisation.

Essential Criteria:Proven experience managing a residential or nursing homeStrong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguardingDemonstrable leadership and team development experienceFinancial awareness and experience managing home performanceClinical qualification (RGN/RMN) desirable but not essentialA positive, hands-on leadership style aligned with a values-driven culture
