A Personal Assistant is required to provide support for a 28-year-old man in the Bransholme area of Hull.
He is a lovely young man with a wicked sense of humour, who enjoys having banter with staff. He also enjoys football, rugby, going to MKM stadium, getting donuts and ice cream in Brid, going to the disco, playing on the Xbox and thoroughly participating in/enjoying life to the full. He is a pleasure to work with in a lovely friendly home environment.
He has complex needs and is a wheelchair user. As the young man’s personal assistant you will be required to provide support with eating, personal care, some cleaning and social activities.
The successful applicant will need NVQ level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent experience. All necessary training will be provided.
A car driver with a clean driving licence is preferred as the PA will be required to drive the young man’s adapted vehicle. The successful applicant will be employed subject to a satisfactory DBS check.

Rate of pay: £14.47 per hour.
Hours: Up to 36day hours and 24night hrs available – 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am – mixture of shifts – includes weekend working.
