Your new role
This is a varied and hands-on positionbiningpliance, risk management, and facilities oversight. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the business remainspliant, inspection-ready, and operating effectively across its physical and regulatory environments.
Key duties will include:
1. Supporting the design, implementation and monitoring ofpliance frameworks
2. Ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory requirements (including AML, GDPR and professional standards)
3. Coordinating external inspections and managing follow-up actions
4. Reviewing and maintaining internal policies and controls
5. Deliveringpliance training and promoting best practice across the firm
6. Overseeing office premises, including contractor management, maintenance and health & safetypliance
7. Supporting facilities projects such as office moves or refurbishments
8. Managing document retention, recordsernance andpliance evidence

What you'll need to succeed
9. Experience in apliance, risk or assurance role within a regulated environment ( professional services, financial services or legal)
10. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal controls
11. A hands-on, practical approach with the ability to balance policy and operational responsibilities
12. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
13. Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and challenging where necessary
14. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
