NavArya Foundation is seeking a volunteer Social Media Specialist to manage our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook channels, raising awareness of our work supporting children diagnosed with autism and their families.

We're looking for someone with Social media management experience – confident in creating and scheduling posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Content creation skills – strong copywriting, with an eye for engaging visuals (basic design skills a plus). Creativity and storytelling – able to communicate our mission in ways that inspire parents, donors, and supporters. Strategic mindset – understands how to grow an online community and raise brand awareness. Self-motivation – able to plan and post consistently without daily supervision. Passion for impact – belief in supporting children diagnosed with autism and their families.
What will you be doing?
We're looking for someone who can Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Develop a consistent posting schedule with engaging, relevant posts. Use social media to raise awareness, grow followers, and build engagement with parents, donors, and supporters. Work closely with our team to align messaging with our mission. Monitor analytics to see what works and refine strategies. Skills, experience, and qualities Experience in managing social media accounts for organisations, charities, or campaigns. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Creativity in producing engaging posts, reels, and stories. Understanding of how to build an online community. Self-motivated, able to plan and post independently.
