Arbroath Connections Meeting Centre provides support for people with mild to moderate dementia, their families and carers. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Meeting Centre Manager to lead our staff and volunteers, manage the day-to-day operations, and ensure our service continues to provide a welcoming, inclusive environment. Main responsibilities
* Lead and support staff and volunteers
* Manage daily activities, family support, and community events
* Oversee budgets, funding applications and reporting
* Build partnerships with local health and social care professionals
* Promote Arbroath Connections in the wider community
About you You will have:
* A qualification in health, social care, community development or management (SVQ Level 4 or above and a minimum of 2 years' experience)
* Experience managing staff/volunteers and delivering adult services
* Skills in financial management, safeguarding, GDPR and health & safety
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Membership of the PVG Scheme (or willingness to join/update prior to appointment)
