The firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor with at least five years’ experience handling both residential and commercial conveyancing. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters Handling commercial conveyancing transactions (desirable, but not essential) Advising clients on buying, selling, and leasing property Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents Overseeing property transactions from start to finish Providing high-level legal support to clients Requirements: At least five years’ experience in residential conveyancing and commercial conveyancing Strong communication and client management skills Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload Knowledge of current property law and regulations The role offers a competitive salary of around £40,000 (dependent on experience) and is based in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
