Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress and attainment
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL
* Create a positive classroom environment that promotes good behaviour and effective learning
* Establish strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues
* Participate in staff meetings, planning sessions, school events, and CPD
* Take part in school-wide initiatives, trips, clubs, or assemblies as required
* Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils at all times
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
* Proven ability to teach effectively and manage a classroom
* Commitment to inclusive education and equal opportunities
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Willingness to collaborate with staff and contribute to school life
