Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to support our Corporate FP&A team on a six-month contract. The role has two main areas: 1) Corporate Salaries Management (Primary Focus): lead planning, forecasting, and reporting of corporate salaries and headcount across the EMEA Shared Service Centre and DTC (approximately 700 headcount), acting as the main finance partner to People & Development (P&D) and functional heads. 2) EMEA Consolidation Support: assist with the consolidation of key EMEA deliverables during quarter-end close and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Own the month-to-end process for corporate salaries and reporting across Shared Service Centre & DTC (bonuses accruals, intercompany rebills & salaries reclasses).
* Act as a trusted finance partner to P&D and functional leaders, supporting decision-making on headcount changes, salary adjustments, and affordability assessments.
* Work closely with P&D Partners & Workday on updating latest headcount changes, ensuring files reflect latest information on team structure.
* Drive long-range planning (LRP) & forecast for overhead salaries, delivering accurate and insightful variance analysis and reporting (bridges).
* EMEA Consolidation Support: assist with the consolidation of EMEA deliverables for quarter-end close and forecasting cycles (SG&A bridges, S&B consolidation, EMEA headcount reporting).
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Strong financial acumen including understanding of accounting and business concepts.

* Forward-thinking team player with strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Advanced MS Excel, experience with ERP tools (SAP) and reporting systems & cubes (BI, Hyperion Planning, Essbase).
