Job Overview
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and innovative Teaching Assistant to work with our Key Stage 2 pupils. We are happy to consider either full or part time experienced teachers or teaching assistants, who wish to work on either a full or part time basis. If you wish to apply on the basis of a part time contract, please kindly indicate the days you are available to work within your application.
Experience of working with pupils working towards their 11+ examinations and preparing them for their transition to their next educational experience would be an advantage but not essential.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning process, helping to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
This is a permanent role commencing in September 2025.

Skills And Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience working as a Teaching Assistant or teacher in a primary school setting
* Previous experience of working with year 6 pupils preparing for their 11+ would be advantageous
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents
* Proficient in assisting with lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment
* Knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and experience implementing educational activities
