Details
* 1 x permanent post, 37 hours per week, shift pattern: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Responsibilities
* Work at a senior level of advanced practice with accountability for the complete care of highly complex patients within Adult Mental Health wards.
* Provide leadership and deliver care and treatments through a multi-disciplinary team approach in collaboration with partner agencies, based on best practice and person-centred, rights-based care.
Qualifications and experience
* Band 7 role requiring a Masters Level qualification; study at Masters level expected to take 18–24 months to complete. A lower grade cannot be appointed unless under Annex 21 as a trainee position.
* Essential: be a first level Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or RNLD with current NMC registration and substantial post-registration training and experience as outlined in the attached Job Description. For band 7 ANP, relevant qualifications are required.
